Limited service with no receptionist was quite frustrating. The room was poorly maintained, with a dirty shower almost in the bed. The heating did not work, leaving us cold, and the internet was unreliable and unresponsive.

the continental breakfast was really a sub-par disgrace, served in a small, dungeon-like basement. And let’s talk about privacy. the so-called shower in my room felt basically like a bad joke! almost gave it a good review but just couldn’t due to these horrific inconveniences, a welcome gesture or upgrade should’ve been the least expected.

antidoto rooms san agustin is an amazing hotel located in a quiet square close to major attractions. we loved the unique design that blends old and new styles, and the top room we had was incredibly quiet. the access to the stunning terrace was a highlight. jessica provided fantastic assistance in navigating the area, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I loved staying in this lovely hotel in a historic building right in the city center, where every major attraction like the Alcazar and Plaza de Zocodover was only a few steps away, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable and convenient.

Charming stay with quirks

The best part was the friendly staff, particularly Jessica, who helped us navigate Toledo's dining scene. The location made exploring the city easy, with attractions just a short walk away.

However, the lack of privacy in the bathroom setup was a bit uncomfortable, with just glass separating the shower area from the room. Also, the Wi-Fi was spotty during our stay.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room with Terrace, and it was super comfy. The bed was king-sized, which was a big plus. I loved the amazing view from our top terrace—definitely one of the highlights! The room was quiet, and we didn’t hear any street noise. Just a heads up, getting in early was a no-go, and the self check-in felt a bit strange, but once we settled in, it was all good.
